Types of CBD Oil
Once the hemp plant has been harvested and dried, it is processed into oil for consumption. The ways in which it is processed will impact the effects in the human body.
There are 3 Types of CBD Hemp Oil For Sale Based on the Specific Cannabinoid Being Targeted
1. Full Spectrum CBD Oil
Full Spectrum oil includes ALL of the cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids and essential oils exactly as they originally were in the hemp plant. This allows for the “Entourage Effect” meaning that cannabinoids work together to enhance the therapeutic benefit of each individual cannabinoid. Studies have indicated that full spectrum oil provides more benefits than a similar dosage of CBD Isolate can on its own.
2. Broad Spectrum CBD Oil
Broad Spectrum starts as full spectrum but becomes broad when only the tetrahydrocannabinol cannabinoid ("THC") has been completely removed from the oil. The rest of the cannabinoids are still intact in this oil. While you cannot get high with our full spectrum oil due to the extremely low levels of THC (far below the legal limit of .3%), many people are more comfortable with consuming a hemp product that contains absolutely no THC at all.
3. CBD Isolate
CBD Isolate results when the phytocannabinoid called cannabidiol ("CBD") has been extracted and isolated apart from all other chemicals naturally contained in the hemp plant. In other words, all other cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids & essential oils are removed. CBD in this form may not be as effective as Full Spectrum or Broad Spectrum oil due to a lack of the “Entourage Effect.”
Two Classifications of CBD Hemp Oil Based On Extraction Methods
Within the various CBD oils for sale above, there are also different variations of the oil with regard extraction method.
1. Crude Oil
Crude Oil CBD comes from the first stage of extraction which is typically a full spectrum oil that includes unnecessary lipids, waxes and chlorophyll that affect taste and quality of oil. This oil has all of the good stuff in it but requires further processing to remove impurities. Crude oil is typically what would result from a person doing at-home extraction since the only way to thoroughly remove impurities is in a lab.
2. CBD Distillate
Crude oil is taken through a winterization and distillation to remove the fatty acids and other impurities to create a clean concentrated full spectrum oil. In our opinion this is the best form of CBD oil that exists. You are left with a pure concentrated oil that includes all of the naturally occurring cannabinoids, terpenes & oils in the exact ratios that existed in the hemp plant. The beneficial substances work together to enhance each other. This maximizes the benefit you receive when taking our oil.
In summary, we strive to create the best oil for human consumption in the form of Full Spectrum Distillateachieved through CO2 Extraction. These techniques allow us to provide you with the most pure and effective CBD oil that exists in the industry.
